Look! A Teacup Chihuahua

Yesterday my friends Jimmy and Stephanie came to visit and they brought their new baby Romeo over. I think Romeo might live in a teacup or something. Or was it that they found him in a teacup?
I'm not sure because I was concentrating more on him licking my hand than I was on the conversation. I also heard something about Romeo only growing to about 2 1/2 pounds???? I'm not sure what kind of formula Romeo drinks, but if he's gonna hang with me he needs to drink the high test :)
